Prepare Your Package
Place the original items, including all designer tags and protective packaging, into the box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
